Combs, currently serving a four-year prison sentence in New Jersey for prostitution-related charges, has categorically denied all allegations of sexual misconduct. His attorney, Jonathan Davis, stated that Combs looks forward to proving his innocence in court, where evidence will be properly considered rather than through media speculation. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s special victim’s bureau has confirmed it’s in the preliminary stages of investigating the complaint but declined to provide further details due to the sensitive nature of the case.
