Sean 'Diddy' Combs Rejects New Sexual Assault Claims in LA Investigation
Imprisoned music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has publicly denied allegations of sexual battery currently under investigation by Los Angeles County authorities. The claims reportedly originated from a 2020 incident involving a music producer who was allegedly asked to attend a photoshoot at a Los Angeles warehouse where Combs is said to have assaulted him. Combs, currently serving a four-year prison sentence in New Jersey for prostitution-related charges, has categorically denied all allegations of sexual misconduct. His attorney, Jonathan Davis, stated that Combs looks forward to proving his innocence in court, where evidence will be properly considered rather than through media speculation. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s special victim’s bureau has confirmed it’s in the preliminary stages of investigating the complaint but declined to provide further details due to the sensitive nature of the case. Multiple news outlets report that the producer claims Combs exposed himself, masturbated, and requested his assistance during the photoshoot, throwing a dirty shirt when he refused. This is not the first time Combs has faced allegations, as numerous civil lawsuits have been filed against him, including claims of drugging and sexual assault, with some accusers alleging he used career promises or threats to silence them. Combs was recently convicted in New York on two counts of transportation for prostitution and sentenced to 50 months in prison, though he was acquitted of more serious charges that could have led to a life sentence.
